60 seconds With Farah Hany
I like to put incense, music and make tea. Sometimes I meditate or do a slow yoga flow for 20 mins in my room to feel energised and move my body after a long day of work.
I enjoy lifting weights at the gym and doing pilates for my core strength and Yoga for the mental space it creates.
I’m familiar with what it’s like to be in physical pain and I wanted to help others overcome their barriers. I love it cause it’s an evolving profession and you can expand with it in many different directions but at the end of the day the core of it is healing others and guiding them to understand and appreciate their bodies in the best way possible.
I look serious but every now and then I go dancing and it’s like mind and body therapy. I love it
The team is the best part. Everyone is super friendly and genuine. No one hesitates to help out if any help is needed.
