Rima Sadek is a female physiotherapist at our clinic. Rima graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. She is also a Hijama/Wet Cupping therapist.
Rima has always had an interest in the structure, physiology and mechanical movements of the human body. Rima uses her passion for health to assess, diagnose and treat people with movement problems caused by a wide variety of joint, muscle, nerve and metabolic disorders. Her expertise in musculoskeletal pathologies can aid with lower back pain management, neck stiffness, acute injury management as well as exercise based rehabilitation.
Rima believes most musculoskeletal issues arise from incorrect posture and incorrect lifestyle habits. Due to this, Rima applies a holistic approach to help correct and promote optimal health and fitness.
Rima treats individuals of all ages with a particular interest in women and children. Rima aims to help all individuals within the community to avoid future injuries and maintain a fit and healthy quality of life.
Rima is a big believer in prevention rather than treatment. She will always ensure that her skills in the field of physiotherapy are optimally applied to prevent the issue from recurring in the future.
