“Be like the flower that gives its fragrance to even the hand that crushes it” – Imam Ali

Anywhere to admire natures beauty and landscapes such as New Zealand/ Switzerland. I love a mix of both relaxation and adventure.

I love being a part of an individuals health journey to manage their condition, build a balanced eating pattern and gain confidence with their nutrition knowledge and food choices. The way we eat impacts so many aspects of our lives including both physical and mental health. I love the positive effects that healthy eating can have on an individual/family by nourishing their body in a way that suits their needs and lifestyle.

The team are very warm and friendly! I love the holistic approach within the clinic and also love the encouragement for growth.
