Sarah is a dedicated Accredited Practising Dietitian. She is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through nutrition and ultimately build a positive relationship with food. She earned her Master of Nutrition & Dietetics from The University of Sydney.
Sarah has primarily worked as a private practice dietitian, offering personalised nutrition counselling to clients seeking to improve their health and wellbeing. Additionally, she is a nutrition program facilitator for family-based programs and works closely with NDIS clients, demonstrating her commitment to providing accessible and inclusive nutrition support.
Sarah’s areas of expertise include weight management, chronic disease management, eating disorders, and women’s health. Her passion lies in peadiatric dietetics, where she specialises in providing nutrition support for children and their families. Sarah is dedicated to helping children develop healthy eating habits from a young age, addressing challenges such as faltering growth, childhood obesity and managing picky eating habits and sensory issues in children.
She approaches nutrition counselling with a balanced approach, focusing on achievable and maintainable goals tailored to each individual’s unique needs and lifestyle. Outside of work, Sarah finds joy in hiking, cooking new recipes, and spending quality time with her family.
