Online Consults

Sessions are performed using a free application called Zoom. It will be similar to if you have contacted family or friends via Whatsapp or Facetime. You will be provided with a link and information before your booking on how to join the video call.

If you’re coming in privately, then no referral is required. You will need a Doctor’s referral if you’re coming under Medicare or through a third party insurer due to a work or motor vehicle injury.

Our Physiotherapy and dietitian bookings are 30 minutes.

YES! Medicare, NDIS and third party insurers cover the cost of online consultations in full. There are even private health insurance rebates. The information about private health insurers currently providing online consult subsidies can be found here or give them a call to learn more about your eligibility.

If you’re coming through Medicare or a third party insurer, then you don’t need to pay anything. For private consultations, we accept over the phone credit card payments, or you can make a bank transfer, or come into our clinic before your appointment to pay.

YES! Our admin team will do a test call before your appointment to make sure there are no technical issues, and you’re all set up.

  • Please have space around you so we can see your whole body on the camera when we ask you to bend forward or raise your arms ups. As a general tip, you should have enough space to place your laptop/smartphone at least 2 metres away from you.
  • It’s best to have a consultation on your laptop. You can use your smartphone, but you will need to lean it on something or preferably have someone record you as we ask you to do specific movements.

For Physiotherapy or chiropractic consults, make sure the injured area can be seen by the therapist or wear loose fitting clothes that won’t restrict your movement. Please be assured your privacy is our top priority.
