The Masnad Health Clinic team visits AMAN Aged Care regularly, delivering specialist physiotherapy, podiatry, and dietitian care directly at the facility, so your loved one receives expert health support without ever leaving the place they call home.
Honouring Your Parents Looks Different at Every Stage of Life. The Commitment Behind It Never Changes.

Our Partnership
In our faith, caring for our parents is not just a responsibility. It is one of the highest acts of worship. For many families in our community, finding aged care that honours those values is one of the most important decisions they will ever make. They want a place where a parent is treated with dignity, where culture is understood, and where the warmth feels real rather than learned.
When a parent moves into aged care, one of the first questions families ask is whether they will still have access to the specialist health support they need. At AMAN Aged Care, the answer is yes. Masnad Health Clinic is part of the picture.
Masnad has been delivering allied health care in Canterbury-Bankstown since 2012. Our partnership with AMAN means residents receive specialist physiotherapy, podiatry, and dietitian services directly at the facility. No transport. No appointments somewhere else.
How the Partnership Works

AMAN
Provides your loved one with a safe, culturally respectful home and daily support.

Masnad
Provides the specialist allied health expertise: physiotherapy, podiatry, and dietitian care delivered directly at the AMAN facility.

Coordinated Care
Both teams communicate closely so your parent’s care is always coordinated and nothing falls through the cracks.
Specialist Care Delivered at AMAN
Our allied health team visits AMAN regularly to assess and treat residents on-site. Your parent does not travel to us. We come to them, in a setting that is familiar, comfortable, and close to the people they love.

Funding Note for Families
For eligible residents, Medicare’s Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan may cover up to 5 subsidised allied health sessions per calendar year with a GP referral. Our team bulk bills these sessions at no gap cost. For questions about what applies to your loved one’s situation, our team is happy to walk you through it.

How It Works
Getting your loved one started with the Masnad allied health program at AMAN is a straightforward three-step process.
Step 1 — Reach Out
Fill out the enquiry form on this page or call us on 02 9793 8840. Let us know which service you are enquiring about and a little about your loved one’s current situation.
Step 2 — We Contact You
A member of our allied health team will reach out to answer your questions, explain what is available at AMAN, and confirm the right service for your parent’s needs.
Step 3 — Care Begins
We arrange everything from there. Your loved one is assessed, a personalised care plan is established, and regular allied health visits to AMAN begin.
What Families Tell Us
Families who learn about the Masnad program at AMAN consistently tell us the same thing.
They feel relief. Not because the decision was easy, but because they can see that their parent is being looked after by people who genuinely care. People who know their name, understand their background, and show up at the facility every single week without fail.
That consistency is not incidental. It is the foundation of everything we do.

Frequently Asked Questions
We know that choosing and navigating aged care raises many questions. Here are the ones we hear most often from families — answered honestly and in full.

🤝 Understanding the Partnership
AMAN provides residential accommodation and daily support. Masnad provides the specialist allied health treatment: physiotherapy, podiatry, and dietitian services, delivered directly at the facility. Think of it as your parent having a home and a dedicated health team, working in close coordination.
The partnership began in January 2026. For Masnad, it is a natural extension of fourteen years of community care in Canterbury-Bankstown. Both organisations share the same goal: respectful, high-quality care for older community members.
🩺 Assessments and Treatment at AMAN
Our practitioners assess your parents’ current health, monitor their progress, and provide any necessary treatment. For Physiotherapy, it involves reducing pain and improving their function to maintain independence. For podiatry, it involves foot health checks, diabetic foot assessments, nail and skin care treatment. For the dietitian, it is a review of nutritional status and any dietary adjustments needed based on their condition or medications. Everything happens at AMAN. No transport or separate appointment required.
This depends entirely on your parents’ individual needs and their care plan. Some residents receive weekly physiotherapy visits for ongoing rehabilitation. Others may receive monthly podiatry care. Your parents’ treating practitioner will explain the recommended frequency at the initial assessment and review this regularly as their needs change. We never prescribe more sessions than are clinically necessary.
💳 Funding and Cost
The costs depend on the type of service and your parents’ individual situation. Here is a plain-language breakdown:
- On-site assessment and treatment visits at AMAN are provided as part of the facility’s allied health program at no additional cost to the family. Ongoing treatment options are available at a cost.
- For eligible residents, Medicare’s Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan may cover up to 5 subsidised allied health sessions per calendar year. A GP referral is required. Masnad bulk bills these sessions, meaning there is no gap fee for eligible residents.
- Beyond Medicare-funded sessions, treatment is self-funded. Masnad offers prepaid packages to make this more affordable: prepay 5 appointments and receive 5% off, or prepay 10 appointments and receive 10% off. Services can be mixed across physiotherapy, podiatry, and dietitian within a single package.
Your health needs aren’t one-size-fits-all, so your treatment plan shouldn’t be either. Our multi-session packages allow you to mix and match between Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Dietetics however you choose.
- Standard Session: $85
- 5-Session Pack: $403.75 (Save 5%)
- 10-Session Pack: $765.00 (Save 10%)
The Choice is Yours: Use your 5-pack for 2 Physio and 3 Podiatry sessions. Maybe split a 10-pack across all three services?
- Private health insurance extras may also apply, depending on your parents’ fund and level of cover. We recommend calling your insurer to confirm.
If you are unsure what your parent is entitled to, please contact our team, and we will work through it with you. We never want cost to be the reason your parent does not access the care they need.
👩⚕️ The Clinical Team and Quality of Care
Masnad has been treating older adults since 2012 across physiotherapy, podiatry, and dietitian services. Our physiotherapy team has specific training in aged care rehabilitation, falls prevention, and post-hospital recovery. Our podiatrist specialises in diabetic foot management. Our dietitian has extensive experience managing complex nutritional needs in elderly patients.
We aim to keep the same practitioner throughout your parents’ care. Continuity matters, especially for elderly patients. If a change is ever necessary, we ensure a thorough handover, so care is not disrupted.
Your comfort is our priority. While we cannot always guarantee the availability of a specific practitioner, we are more than happy to check our current roster for you. If your family has a preference for a female practitioner, please let us know during your enquiry; we will provide you with the details of the staff scheduled for those sessions to ensure you feel fully informed before your visit.
Meet our Masnad Team here.
Yes. All treatment notes are recorded on a shared system used across the AMAN facility, so staff can see exactly what treatment was provided and when. If your parents’ condition changes, both teams are kept in the loop.
Absolutely. You can contact our team on 02 9793 8840 at any point to ask about your parents’ care plan and progress. You are welcome to attend visits at AMAN. For families who cannot be there in person, we would be happy to provide a phone update.
🌍 Cultural, Language, and Personal Considerations
We have a diverse team who speak Arabic, Urdu and Cantonese. However, we cannot always guarantee that we can provide practitioners who speak your parents’ preferred language. For concerns similar to this, we encourage family involvement. There are times when family members can be valuable sources of information, translation, and motivation within the session and during assessment.
Your Parent Deserves Expert Care. Let Us Show You What That Looks Like.
Whether your loved one is already an AMAN resident or you are exploring aged care options for the first time, our team is here to answer every question and walk you through the program. No obligation. Just honest, expert advice from a clinic that has been part of this community since 2012.
