Wear loose, comfortable clothing so we can assess your movement. If needed, we provide towels or gowns for privacy and modesty.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring a family member, support person, or interpreter to your appointment.

Yes. Hydrotherapy (water-based rehabilitation) is available for clients who need low-impact strengthening, especially for joint pain, arthritis, and post-surgery recovery.

Yes. Our Bankstown clinic has a rehab space, and our Lakemba location provides access to a fully equipped male-only gym and a private female rehab room, ideal for strengthening programs.

🏦 Fees & Funding

Yes. We can process your rebate instantly through HICAPS. The amount you receive back depends on your level of cover. If you’re unsure, we recommend contacting your private health insurer directly. They can confirm your rebate amount before your appointment.

Yes. If you have a valid GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), you are eligible for a Medicare rebate. You simply pay the session fee and receive $61.80 back from Medicare.

Yes. Once your claim is approved, we bill the insurer directly.

Yes, we see plan-managed, self-managed and agency-managed NDIS clients. You can find more details in our NDIS FAQ.
