Brenda is a compassionate, skilled chiropractor who blends clinical precision with a down-to-earth, hands-on approach. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Chiropractic from Macquarie University.
Brenda’s background in massage therapy gives her a unique edge in understanding the body’s soft tissue and how it connects to spinal and joint health. Her sessions often combine chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, cupping, soft tissue techniques, and tailored rehab exercises, creating a well-rounded treatment plan that supports long-term results.
She has a special interest in treating postural imbalances, upper and mid-back pain, muscle tension, and stress-related discomfort, particularly for clients who sit for long hours or lead physically demanding lifestyles. Brenda’s approach is always centred around the client’s comfort and goals, ensuring each session is collaborative, and empowering.
Outside of the clinic, Brenda enjoys staying active through rock climbing and swimming. She believes that small, consistent steps are the key to lasting progress in both health and life.
“Whether you’re new to chiropractic or looking for a fresh approach, I’ll walk you through it step by step. My goal is to help you feel better, move freely, and take charge of your wellbeing.”
60 seconds With Brenda:
Practicing self-care, going for long walks, and working out at the gym – it helps me reset and feel my best.
I really enjoy rock climbing and swimming – both are great for clearing the mind and keeping the body moving.
China – because that’s where a lot of my family is. It holds a special place in my heart.
What I love most is seeing the positive changes in people’s lives – whether it’s helping someone move without pain again or just making their day a little better. Every patient is different, and being able to tailor care to their specific needs and goals keeps things rewarding and meaningful.
The supportive and welcoming environment. Everyone works together to give the best care possible, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork across all disciplines. It’s also great to be part of a clinic where the focus is truly on the patient and their long-term wellbeing.
