With a decade of experience in the physiotherapy field, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to doing what they love-whether that’s sports, work, or simply everyday life.

Over the years, I’ve completed multiple courses focused on musculoskeletal health and sports injuries, continually expanding my skill set to provide effective, evidence-based care. I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, and am currently proud to be part of the team at Masnad Health Clinic. I am also a registered member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), committed to upholding the highest standards in patient care and professional development.

My treatment philosophy is centred around client goals. I take the time to understand your specific needs, assess the full impact of your condition on your life, and then build a tailored plan using both traditional and modern techniques. I frequently collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed, ensuring that care is always multidisciplinary and client-focused.

Clients new to physiotherapy can expect a detailed, supportive, and educational experience during their first session. I begin with a thorough history and assessment to guide treatment planning, making sure you understand each step along the way. My go-to techniques include dry needling, manual therapy, and the use of tools like traction belts, all applied with the aim of restoring function and reducing pain.

While I work across many areas of physiotherapy, I have a particular interest in sports injuries, influenced by my own background in sport and personal recovery from recurrent ankle injuries as a student. This lived experience deepened my appreciation for rehabilitation and the journey back to optimal performance.

I take pride in creating a comfortable, reassuring environment, especially for those who may be nervous or new to treatment. Through education and clear communication, I help clients feel empowered, heard, and fully involved in their care. I also track progress using patient-reported outcome measures and SMART goals, reinforcing the importance of self-care and adherence between sessions.

Outside the clinic, I stay active and energized through fishing and playing volleyball, and soccer. These hobbies not only keep me moving but also fuel my enthusiasm for sports rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Whether you’re managing a recent injury, chronic pain, or just want to improve mobility, I encourage you to ask questions-even the uncomfortable ones. They’re an essential part of understanding your condition and guiding your recovery. My goal is that every client leaves feeling confident, understood, and motivated with a clear plan ahead.

I enjoy the journey that clients go through from their initial injuries to being able to return to their respective sports or Activities of Daily Living. Nothing is more satisfying than enlightening one’s mind to help aid their recovery.

I enjoy working as a team to help support and assist, not only clients but also us as practitioners.
