Bankstown & Lakemba

Hadeel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping individuals build strength, confidence, and independence through movement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales and has completed over 500 hours of clinical practicum across a range of settings, including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury management, and return-to-work programs.

With over two years of experience, Hadeel has worked in private practice as well as within WorkCover and CTP schemes, supporting clients through recovery and guiding them back to their daily activities and work. She is a member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and is committed to delivering evidence-based, high-quality care.

Hadeel takes a holistic and client-centred approach, working closely with each individual to understand their goals, lifestyle, and challenges. She has a strong interest in female-focused care, as well as supporting individuals recovering from sports injuries. Her approach focuses on creating safe, practical, and personalised exercise programs that feel achievable and aligned with each client’s needs.

Her sessions include thorough assessments, clear goal setting, and structured rehabilitation plans using techniques such as strength training, mobility work, and functional movement retraining. Hadeel places a strong emphasis on education, ensuring clients understand their program and feel confident continuing independently.

Known for her calm and supportive nature, Hadeel creates a comfortable environment where clients feel at ease, even if they are new to exercise or returning after injury. She is passionate about helping people move from feeling limited or unsure to becoming stronger, more capable, and confident in their bodies.

Outside the clinic, Hadeel enjoys staying active through gym training, hiking, tennis, and long walks. She also enjoys exploring new food spots, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
