Lamees is a Master of Physiotherapy graduate from the University of Technology in Sydney, with a genuine passion for helping individuals reach their full potential through evidence-based rehabilitation plans tailored to their unique needs.
Lamees’s approach to patient care involves placing the individual at the centre of their rehabilitation journey. She understands the importance of tailoring treatment plans to meet each person’s specific needs and aspirations, allowing them to return to the activities they cherish most.
Ensuring a sustainable recovery is one of Lamees’s primary goals. She goes beyond traditional therapies by incorporating strategies for self-management, equipping her clients with the tools they need to take charge of their well-being and achieve a better quality of life in the long run.
With experience in diverse clinical settings, including neurological, musculoskeletal, paediatric, chronic pain and personal injury cases, Lamees employs a range of therapeutic techniques such as:

- Exercise rehabilitation
Outside of work, Lamees enjoys an active lifestyle. You may find her on the tennis court or playing music on the piano. Lamees is fluent in both English and Arabic.
