FAQs
If you are a private paying client, you can pre-pay through your credit card over the phone, OR we accept bank transfers. Our admin team will email you a receipt, and you can use that to make a claim with your private health insurer. All payments will need to be made before the appointment.
However, if you’re coming through NDIS, Workers Compensation or CTP, you don’t need to pay anything out of pocket.
If you are a workers compensation or CTP client, we will bill your insurer directly. You must have a claim number and a referral from your doctor.
If you are an NDIS participant, we will need your NDIS plan, and we will fill out a service agreement together before commencing treatment.
Physiotherapy and Chiropractic treatment at our clinic is $75 for half an hour. Since we will be traveling to you, we have factored in 15 minutes for travel time and 45 minutes to set up and provide the treatment. Hence we charge $150 for the home visit service because this will take 1 hour of the therapist’s time. To be on time with our appointments, we only take bookings if you live 5km from the clinic. However if you live between 5-10km away from the clinic the cost will be $175 to factor in the added travel time.
As mentioned above, you will get a tax invoice receipt of your sessions so you can make claims to your private health insurer or medicare if you are eligible. If you are an NDIS participant or using workers’ compensation/CTP insurance, then the industry rate will apply and you don’t have to pay any out of pocket fees.
Yes, we sure can. This will cost an extra $75 for a 30 minute treatment for each person.
The therapist that will come to your home will have all the equipment necessary to treat you. They will have all the equipment you can find at a physiotherapy clinic and more. For example, they will bring our treatment table, towels, heat packs, oils, creams, tapes, resistance bands, electrotherapy machines, acupuncture needles, dry cups, massage tools and more.

Most of our equipment is single-use and if there is a reusable item, e.g. our treatment bed, this is cleaned thoroughly with antimicrobial agents after every patient.
